Community Needs, Planning and Resources

United Way is a leader in understanding our region's most pressing needs and bringing together people and resources to make a difference.

We're committed to using credible information to find solutions to problems. Therefore, United Way conducts careful assessment of community needs, on-going research and planning, and analysis of models and best practices.

As a result, United Way and our community partners are able to put forth solutions that create lasting changes in community conditions, achieve measurable results and make the greatest difference.

Resources
The measurement of change in overall community conditions is accomplished through use of community indicators. These are quantitative local measures of human service conditions that will be monitored over time and used to promote public awareness, mobilize the community toward positive change, and track our community's progress.
