Leadership giving provides an opportunity to invest more deeply in United Way, advancing the common good and supporting Education , Income and Health . Giving at a leadership level can provide a greater range of services and cause a greater impact in our community. Leadership giving also means membership to societies that offer special public recognition, events, and networking opportunities.
The United Way Tocqueville Society derives its name from the French historian, Alexis de Tocqueville, who toured the United States in 1831 and applauded the voluntary spirit that lives in America’s heart. Members of the Tocqueville Society provide exceptional leadership by investing $10,000 or more annually.
