Circle Center Adult Day Services
Circle Center Adult Day Services offers a licensed adult day program that enables older adults with special needs to continue living at home, and supports their family caregivers who work or need respite from 24-hour care. A multi-disciplinary team of geriatric professionals provides an individualized program of health, social, cognitive and emotional support.
Specialized programs are available for people with cognitive impairment, stroke and Parkinson’s disease. Their emphasis is on maintaining maximum wellness and independence through a structured program of nursing and personal care, therapeutic and enriching activities, breakfast, lunch and snacks, friendships/emotional support, transportation coordination and careful supervision up to 10 hours a day, six days a week.

Adult Day Care
Circle Center provides high quality, cost-effective adult day care for community-living elderly who are too impaired to live at home without significant support or assistance from family members. The program has various service components, such as functional and health assessments, care coordination, nutrition services, nursing care, personal care assistance, social work services, therapeutic activities, drop-in respite, transportation coordination, and caregiver educational seminars. These services are designed to educate and support family caregivers and help older adults at high risk of nursing home placement continue to live at home.
