Research & Evaluation
United Way is data-driven and research is the foundation of our work in Education, Income and Health. United Way has dedicated research staff who study local data to identify problems facing people in our community, research solutions proven to uplift and empower, and help nonprofits identify and measure program results.
For example, our recently released 2015 Indicators of Community Strength Report is a compilation of regional demographic and indicator data that is a valuable reference tool and resource for United Way and the community. This report is used by individuals and organizations across the region for decision-making and community planning. Please download the report and feel free to make copies and distribute it to others.
