A Grace Place Adult Care Center

A Grace Place Adult Care Center offers adult day care as an alternative to nursing home placement for older adults who suffer from chronic, debilitating illnesses. The program provides a structured, comprehensive daytime health program in a protective, therapeutic setting.

Adult Day Care
Services include nursing and health services, personal care, nutritional assessments, therapeutic recreation, behavioral support, cognitive and physical stimulation, and specialized transportation. In addition, the program provides respite and education to those who care for individuals in the program.
