Hanover Adult Center provides a success-oriented environment that enables adults to achieve and maintain self-respect during a time in their lives when they are dependent on others for care. They provide respite from the care-giving cycle for both family members and participants. Their program allows families to remain intact by providing supervision and care to individuals with health-related needs. Adult Day Health Care provides socialization and supervision to adults of all ages with functional limitations.

The organization provides nutritious meals and snacks, medical and special diet management, nursing care, daily support, structured therapeutic activities, practiced daily living skills, resource assistance for caregivers, intergenerational activities, counseling, coordinated transportation, leisure involvement, health management, medication management, meals and supervision.
