Our Leadership Circle is the foundation of the work we do. When you join our Leadership Circle you go above and beyond to transform our community every day. You recognize the incredible power that each of us has to improve the lives of our neighbors, one person at a time, and you do your part to give back to the Greater Richmond and Petersburg region.
Exclusive events and opportunities will connect you with individuals in the region looking to make transform the community. United Way hosts multiple Leadership Circle events throughout the year with the topic varying every event. Leadership Circle members are also invited to all general United Way events, including the Steps to Success Awards.
In February, United Way hosted a panel discussion on older adults services in our region for Leadership Circle & Alexis de Tocqueville members. The panel included representatives from YMCA of Greater Richmond, Goochland Cares and project:HOMES, all discussing the importance of older adults programs and the impact they have on our region.
United Way leadership donors were invited to a special reception to celebrate the announcement of United Way’s 2020-22 funded partners. The reception was held at Hardywood – West Creek. Attendees were able to enjoy drinks and refreshments and hear about the impact of their gifts.
Women United is a giving community for female members of United Way’s Leadership Circle and Alexis de Tocqueville Society. In 2019, we launched our new Women United Steps to Success Socials. To learn more about Women United, contact Samantha McCabe at email@example.com.
