2017-18 Indicators of Community Strength
November 2017: United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg is pleased to release its 2017-18 Indicators of Community Strength report. The Indicators report is a broad, 94-page compendium of metrics that allow us to assess the health and prosperity of Richmond, Petersburg and nine other area jurisdictions that we serve.
The 2017-18 Indicators report is built around United Way’s new Steps to Success strategic framework, which identifies nine key milestones on the path to prosperity. This report allows us to gauge progress in each of these nine areas using a series of data points. Together, the data in this report highlight how our region is doing in important areas like third grade reading, financial well-being, college- and career-readiness and more.Read the full report
